Communication is great and they're friendly, but the product I was disappointed by the actual product. I am willing to try them again tho, mostly cause of their communication. I understand they have a reship/refund policy but a lot of the option on the ticket page were unclear and I couldn't make efficient use of the page for my specific issue. I still appreciate Daniel and this company and will try them again.3.5 stars
