They are scammers, I got scammed out of a stripe account which I paid $2000 and also a squareup payment gateway account which he said they can only do it on preorders and it will cost me $1800. I paid in full and he blocked me. Don’t trust him, they will send you pictures and even video call you to show you an account but once you pay it is either they block you or give you an unverified account. Don’t say I did not warn you
