Unfortunately the appliance was not delivered on the due date since the driver could not find my apartment. This is extremely surprising since the address is in Central London and couldn't be easier to locate since it is on top of the Marriott hotel at the corner of Oxford street and Park Lane on North Row. I have been residing at this address since 15 years and have never had any one complain as to not being able to locate it. The Marriott Hotel should be commonly know to even a lay man. This has inconvenienced us a great deal since DHL came to have it picked up this morning as arranged based on your delivery on Saturday for a forward delivery to me n Dubai and unfortunately since the item was not delivered by you on the promised due date and we had to request them to come back now on Wednesday I spoke to Megan who said that she was the Manager at your office and she informed me that the earliest delivery they could now do would be this Wednesday 21st before 1pm. Kindly make sure that this is delivered on the due date and time since we had to rescheduled DHL much to their annoyance for Wednesday afternoon. Many thanks Dolly
