There was a functional problem with the freezer we ordered but Buywise were absolutely brilliant and did everything they could to sort it out as swiftly as possible. Never heard of them before this purchase so was a bit nervous about ordering online but their customer service, including the really helpful delivery guys, was exemplary. Will always go to them first in future and have already recommended Buywise to friends/family. Great personal service - thanks.
