Terrible customer service! Scammers! Won't return my funds back to the bybit card!! Funds are frozen for 21 days now! At the beginning they sent me 2 messages about 7 days processing time, now they are saying about 30 days processing time but even the merchant itself told me that this transaction was unsuccessful and will not go through, why are you telling me to wait then??
