I have found Bygge Bo very good to deal with both before and after purchase. Unfortunately the buggy I received, together with replacement chassis were marked. This was very disappointing as I was so looking forward to starting to use my buggy straight away. However the Bygge Bo team have been extremely responsive in trying to get this matter resolved for me as quickly as possible and I very much appreciate that so I could not fault the customer service I have received. Bygge Bo were also great to deal with before I purchased my buggy, answering all my questions clearly and thoroughly.
