Hi, I had bought another item from byggebo and was happy with the service. This time the experience has been terrible. I bought a babyzen yoyo chair from yourselves mainly because your website stated that the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2-3 days, it turnes out that you didn’t have the chair in stock and consequently the delivery timelines were not met. Only because I contacted the shop myself I was informed of the delay. In addition, I ordered a cardigan and the wrong size was sent to me.
