Hello, The only reason I won t give 5 stars is because it took a month to receive my order. Apparently, the black frame wasn t in stock, fact if which i wasn t aware when i did the purchase. Normally when something is not available, it is shown when you place the order. Customer service was very good. Despite of the fact that on the website says couple days till you receive the order( can t remember now how many honestly but up to a week or two max is the usual. I have waited a month) everything was according to the description. After I have placed the order somebody from customer service called to tell me the black frame isn t available so I have to wait more for it to come. They also replied very fast to my emails. One more error on the website was the following : when i picked my colours, appeared 3 more products that i was supposed to get for free, I still have screenshoots from the order so I can try to add them here. I was called to say that, that was an error again. Overall, products were as described, customer service okay, time to delivery pretty long. Advice, u should update your website a bit.
