The website has a flaw that you cannot change your order even when the website incorrectly processed your order. But the worst thing is that byggebo does not care at all, they never came up with one solution to help get the order I wanted. buying from byggebo was a big mistake. I payed almost as much on shipping cost as the order it self which is offcourse absurt and never what I wanted. Byggeboo does not care about it and just want your money and don’t care at all if the customer is happy. If they came up with a solution to help me I would have been more to happy to buy from them again. But again they blame the customer and not themselves.. As seen on other reviews the customer service is poor and they won’t admit it.
