Terrible. The flimsy packaging on my product broke because they cello taped it to the delivery box. They refused to exchange it because the product was ‘damaged’ even though it was just the cellophane that had broke and the product was completely fine. There was no way for me to remove it from the box without the package breaking, so if anyone caused the damaged it was them when packaging it, not me. I had to make the 2 hour round trip to the store to return it but when I got there the lady said they can’t take it back because they can’t resell with broken cellophane, so it is I who must incur the financial loss not the company. Don’t understand the companies stance on this as was a return customer and someone who would have spent more over the years at this store if I’d had reasonable treatment and outcome.
