Delivery took over a month and half to arrive as it was lost by dpd. I wrote 3 times to ask for a refund as I urgently needed the funds but this was refused. Dpd confirmed that the package was lost and rather than refund the order as I repeatedly requested, the order was reprossed and sent again. So almost
2 months after the original order I am still without a refund. I now need to find an opportunity to drive the new package to the post office and wait for it to be returned and a refund to be processed. I likely will not have this money before Christmas. So disappointed with this service and the customer experience. Angry and sad that my money is still not returned and feel there must be a law preventing this
