My experience dealing with byggebo was mediocre. When we first went to buy our bundle the SA told us the bundle was over €200 less expensive than when we went to the till to buy it. There were also delays with our Cybex base that was never communicated when initially purchasing the bundle. I also was the one to contact them regarding collection as it was less than 4 weeks to my due date even though when I had rang they said my purchase was ready then they emailed to say the base was missing the week I was due to collect. I had to make every contact regarding my order no one followed up with me. All in all it worked out fine as we got what we bought but I wouldn’t purchase again from byggebo.
