Bought the insurance, fitted the tracker, but when I drove the car my foot dislodged the tracker. Tried to contact the company but their chat system through the ap was offline. Their customer service phone number was not given or I could not find it, so I cancelled by email. They advised it will take up to 21 days to get my refund, even though I'm in the 14 days grace period. Not a good experience. It's no good buying cheap if the customer service is not there
