Paid twice for 1 order.
Let me first say that one star is still too high a rating when it comes to communication, customer service and handling of this case.
On December 5, I ordered a ski jacket and ski gloves for a purchase price of €55.98. This amount was debited for the first time on December 5, 2024 at 4:24 PM. The amount was debited for the second time at 4:25 PM on the same day. I immediately called customer service and they indicated that I did not have to worry and that the purchase amount would be automatically transferred to my account after 10 days. I sent customer service a copy of the two charges as proof because I didn't want any hassle. It has now been weeks and I have called several times. Today the employee told me that the payment had been received once and not twice.
The customer service employee shows no understanding, this is what it is and good luck with it. I am very disappointed in the communication. It leaves a lot to be desired and I always have to figure it out myself. In addition, it is not correct that they do not transfer the excess amount paid. Even though I have proof that it has been charged twice
