Thank you for correcting the first problem of poorly constructed cupboards. When I looked at the 2nd lot of cupboards delivered to us, I was surprised that there was another defect. The right-hand side cupboard did not have holes drilled for the handle (see attached photo). I really think there should be an improvement with your manufacturing quality and completion check processes!!
I am hoping the second order we placed of a single cupboard/shelf unit has been quality checked before it gets delivered to us and we do not have a repeat experience.
