This is my second time using cabjaks.co.nz and I must say, their planner is incredibly convenient and user-friendly. Although it does have a few minor quirks, overall it made the planning process a breeze. I had the pleasure of working with Nikita, who was extremely helpful from start to finish. She ensured that everything was in order and even helped us with additional items like end base panels and fillers.
Throughout the planning process, we had a few changes to the initial plan, but with Nikita's assistance, we were able to arrive at a fantastic kitchen plan. Once I placed the order, the kitchen was ready within the promised timeframe. The staff at cabjaks.co.nz were incredibly helpful in loading the furniture trailer when I went to pick it up.
Assembling the kitchen was surprisingly easy, even for someone like me who isn't a builder. Since it's not a traditional flat pack, all I had to do was attach the feet and slide it into place. Once I was satisfied with the setup, I measured for the benchtop. It was a U-shape kitchen, so I had to join some pieces together. Thankfully, the process was straightforward, and everything was completed within the given timeframe.
I did have a slight hiccup when I realized I was short of one set of feet. However, after reaching out to Nikita in the late afternoon, she quickly organized it, and the missing set arrived first thing in the morning. I was impressed with their prompt response, although I had a backup plan with Mitre 10 just in case.
When it came to picking up the benchtop, cabjaks.co.nz provided everything I needed, making it incredibly convenient. Once again, I loaded it onto the trailer and headed back to the North. After some maneuvering and careful placement, we were able to install the kitchen with ease, following the instructions provided in their videos.
Considering the overall cost, including appliances, the whole project came in at approximately $7500. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome, but I'll let you be the judge of that.
