The product was of good quality, however getting it to us was the frustrating bit. We’d paid for next working day delivery on a Saturday but by Tuesday it had still not arrived. We needed them for an exercise on the Wednesday which is why we’d paid the extra. Spoke to the customer service team who in their defence were good and apologetic and then refunded the difference between normal delivery and the delivery I paid and said they would be dispatched then. We finally received the product on the Thursday by which time was too late. Overall, product is good but the service of getting it to us was not so great
