First pair of boots arrived so quickly, the delivery is very speedy! They had a slight fault but the returns process was smooth with no quibbles & a full refund was issued promptly. 2nd pair arrived in no time too, I've ordered the wrong size this time but again, the return process is quick & easy...just drop it off at your nearest depot & away it goes. 3rd time lucky!
