The whole process of ordering was very easy and efficient. What wasn't altogether efficient was the delivery process. A package that could easily have been put through the letterbox was not delivered because there wasn't anybody in to sign for the package! Perhaps a review of the delivery element; applying common sense may work better for the customer and save the delivery company having to make a second journey.
