The ordering process was easy enough. But after receiving my order conformation email I recieved no further communication. After the money was taken from my account I left it a couple of days waiting for a despatch update. But still nothing. I emailed customer service and left it a further 24hrs. But still no reply. So decided to call customer service. The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful, apologised for the delay. Refunded my postage and sent out my order which I recieved the very next day. Very happy with what I ordered good quality for money. Would of given 5 stars if not for lack of communication at the very beginning. Will used again for future purchases.
