I ordered some boots from the store, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size as I was misled by the size chart on the page saying that the shoe would be my size when in fact it wasn’t. I’ve sent them back, the customer service team has been very helpful. Now just waiting for the new pair to be sent as an exchange.
