The boots arrived very promptly, with a great tracking facility to check on delivery times. The boots themselves are very sturdy and appear great quality. The fit appears true to size and fitted well. Unfortunately, I ordered brown boots but black were dispatched but this error was dealt with very efficiently and with great communication to update me. All in all I couldn't fault anythin, a really great product and service.
