Their prices are very competitive and the boots we ordered were of a very good quality. There was a bit of confusion over the delivery date, but they did arrive promptly when the new stock had arrived. It would have been helpful to get an update by email so we were prepared for the extra wait. The returns process was easy. Unfortunately we had to arrange for an exchange because even though we read the sizing guide to say that the boot sizes were a size larger, they were actually a true fit, so the size 4 was too small, hopefully the size 5 will be perfect when it gets here!
