Edinburgh Lothian Road Branch Lovely atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to Tia and Fern. Fern makes the place, with her cheerful attitude which is infectious. Without her it would not be the same. She makes everyone feel welcome and her genuine love for the job shines through - people come first. Tia is quiet, kind and happy. She is unflappable, even when the shop is at its busiest. My husband works just round the corner from the branch, so we can be in for a coffee every weekday. He is retiring at the end of February and we will miss the cheery atmosphere and warm welcome.
