I was not told prior to my door being installed that the surrounding wood be pine. All of the wood in my house is oak and I would never have agreed to this. I had the wood changed myself as I was told it would cost me another £300.
The plastic surrounding the glass in the door cracks LOUDLY as it expands in the sun and later contracts. This almost continuous cracking both day and night is very annoying. Is there anything that can be done? I'm very interested in your reply as I'm at my wits end.
