I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for the great job you and your team did last week. It is truly appreciated. We got lucky with the weather and I noted (with great relief) that the first Cairngorm van was on site by 10am. I know this was an early, early rise for the guys after previous days working far away in Aberdeen. It really made the difference though - Skye was being lashed by rain by 3pm and if they hadn't done that, then we wouldn't have been able to get the job finished and sealed in time. It's been an incredibly worrying few months for us and overall, it's down to a poorly designed roof on our side in combination with a non-straightforward pregnancy on the part of my wife. Working with Cairngorm has taken so much of the stress and worry out of the window side of things at a time when we really needed the help. Again, you and the glaziers have my genuine thanks and appreciation. Skye is a hard place to get work done in general and you guys do a fantastic job. It makes a big difference to myself and many other people who live in such a remote location that you're there doing what you do. Again, thank you.
