Purchased the 810 Contura wood burning stove from Calido and very happy 🙂 heard about Calido via word-of-mouth as they were recommended by someone I know who had used them. Visited the showroom, no pressure from staff and they were very informative when answering all questions. Did visit some other showrooms but took time to decide what stove I really wanted and where to purchase it from and it was Calido who won me over. From the initial visit to the showroom, a couple of phone calls and then a further visit, their service was friendly but still professional. Based on my own experience, Calido is a company I would highly recommend to others.
