Leider war das große Messer in unserer Bestellung kaputt, die Spitze war abgebrochen. Der Kontakt zum kundenservice und auch der Austausch des kaputten Messers lief reibungslos und super schnell. Die Messer sind nicht nur schön sondern auch wirklich super scharf. Sie liegen gut in der Hand und schneiden hervorragend. Wir sind sehr zufrieden
