Leider war die Ware, die ich bestellt habe nicht mehr lieferbar und so war man sehr bemüht einen gleichwertigen Ersatz zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der Kontakt zum Kundencenter war dabei stets sehr nett und freundlich. Wünsche meinerseits wurden sofort bearbeitet und soweit möglich auch berücksichtigt. Eine defekte Holzbox wurde sofort durch eine neue ersetzt.
