Die Messer sehen Optisch gut aus… allerdings weis ich nicht ob man bei den Messern die Optik oder die Qualität zahlt. Denn die Messer könnten auch Schärfer sein und ein nachschleifen ist notwendig (der Schliff vom Filetiermesser ist voller tiefen) . Wie lange sie scharf bleiben zeigt sich dann… ich bin aber optimistisch.
