Selbst ein Stern ist eigentlich zu viel.
Auftrag und Werbesversprechen wurde nicht erfüllt, mit der Gravur wurde das gesamte Messer entstellt. Buchstaben sind noch nicht mal als Buchstaben erkennbar. Kundenservice eine Katastrophe. Angebot von Seiten der Firma: 25 Euro Gutschrift für die Gravur. Eine Frechheit.Die Qualität des Messers ist leider auch nicht gut. Die Schärfe gar nicht gut. Ich fühle mich absolut getäuscht.
