We did a Zoom consultation with Ingrid who was so patient (we had a lot to discuss!), kind, and knowledgeable. Ingrid made us feel in control and provided us with games and strategies to help our often-anxious 3-year-old rescue feel calm and secure in stressful situations. We are already seeing a difference in our dog's behavior after only a few days of implementing the strategies, and we feel confident knowing that Ingrid is around if we need to schedule another session or have more questions.
