Hi, I recently bought a patio heater, the flame tower, it is lovely, it came quickly, well packed and is as nice in reality as shown on site..the only down side was that it had 4 wrong parts in it...the top 4 uprights were missing and 4 wrong size ones included....I rang and they sent out replacements quickly, which is a great service....but if I had really needed the heater for an occasion, it would have been so disappointing.... make sure you make up the heater when you get it...ahead of any planned ocassion in case you end up with the same problem..beautiful heater...I am pleased with it.
