Great service from Calor, product arrived within 48 hours. Online shop good too.
Regarding the patio heater it seems to work pretty well but the instructions were atrocious ... references to nuts and bolts not included, nor ultimately required and including tiny and incomplete diagrams ... really poor ... just not good enough for a product costing €100's.
