I ordered on line and the process was very easy. I bought the item for hopefully rare use to boil a kettle if electricity goes off. I did not pay enough attention to checking the dimensions -- purchased the first item listed. It is a bit bigger than I would have liked, and I found it very difficult to source a "reducer" to facilitate using a smaller pan. All is OK, however--- but as I sugessted to the online store, someone should highlight, more obviously, the size of the item. Overall satisfied however.
