Unfortunately it's the small requests that cause decisions.
I asked for extra vouchers knowing that it wasn't part of the T&Cs, Adams refusal was, I'm sure, by the book.
However, that has now procluded Calor from my choices of supplier for LPG to provide home heating.
Sometimes the short term right answer is the long term wrong answer for company growth.
