The online process of ordering the product was user friendly. Confirmation email of purchase / delivery date was very helpful. The Calor input to my purchase experience was excellent. I was very disappointed with the courier delivery experience. My parcel was delivered to my neighbour house which has no house number et. We have A4 notice on sitting room window with the full address of the property on display to assist delivery persons. I am aware that these couriers companies are under pressure to deliver the goods. My neighbour collected the parcel from house that the parcel was incorrectly delivered to. I was very tankfull to my neighbour as there was weight in the parcel. on display on the property. I had planned to order the same product but I have delayed the order at the moment due to the courier experience. Over all I am pleased with the Calor on line experience.
