Hello dear distinguished gentlemen, Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to tell what I was thinking about the service I received almost a week ago. As you may know I did purchase a CANON XC10 camera and several memory cards. All went well till the last moment when the time came to fill up the VAT refund form. One of the stuff did try his best and fill up the form for 3 times believe it or not. And at the end; he did forget to stamp it. Well; it was the end of the day and I thought he was tired. At the airport they did not except it. And I was asked to post it to you or keep it until I come back to UK next time within a year.
