I came to get advice about my V850 Epson scanner bought online. I have problems-like many other users- with the medium format holder. The person didn't seem to know anything about the scanner and just said I should contact Epson...(oh sure thanks I didn't think about that before!!!). I hoped for a little more concern with helping me with a product I bought at Calumet.
This time was not such a good experience. But in the past, I usually had nice people. Sometimes I wish though they would be more interested or concerned with my needs.
