1/ i find is greatly annoying that my "account" on the Calumet website does not link to my REAL shop account … pathetic comes to mind 2/ i find it annoying when i discover that there is sometimes a large difference between what a product costs at Calumet against online (an unfortunate situation but this is modern life … and photography has been devalued so much by the internet that the products i use for it have to become as cheap as possible to make any business sense) 3/ i cannot order hire goods online 4/ if i buy something in a sale i do not expect to find in the invoice that accompanies the order that it is a discontinued product, this is not the worst thing i can say, but it happened recently and the DECENT thing would have been told of this when trying to buy the thing rather than as i received the product - it felt SNEAKY) 5/ the moans i have made above are counteracted by the positive feel i receive from those who work at the drummond street branch i have been using since it opened - i can safely say i like them:))
