the ordering process on line was easy to use..
The camera and lens arrived very promptly. The web site said next day delivery for stuff ordered before 1500. I ordered mine after that and they arrived two days later.
The packaging was enough to kep the goods safe and well protected but not too much to be silly.
Both the camera and lens work very well.
