I bought an expensive and VERY heavy printer which FedEx took to the wrong address and then gave it to a neighbour (of the wrong address). This was entirely due to the incompetence of the FedEx driver - the instructions on the label provided by Calumet were explicit and correct. At the close of play when the printer had not arrived at my address I phoned Calumet and spoke to Paul. He was exceedingly helpful, sympathetic and friendly. To quote ... "Don't worry - I've got your back". He phoned me back when he had some news, gave me his direct line number and he was there when I eventually traced the location of the package. Full marks for customer service! I should also say that Indira, whom I spoke with when I bought the the printer a couple of days earlier, was equally pleasant and helpful. Brilliant customer service all round.
