I ordered online on Christmas Day so wasn't looking for Calumet's usual next day service, however whilst the goods arrived safely about 5 days later I had no indication from Calumet when they had been despatched or when to expect delivery - this info would have been useful - whenever I used the online order tracker it told me the order was "in progress".
Nonetheless the goods were extremely well packed and exactly as ordered. Bearing in mind it was Christmas, perfectly satisfied and will continue to buy from Calumet
