I received an order confirmation after placing the order but this was the only communication I received. Checking my account online up to an hour before the scheduled delivery it was only saying order being processed. I paid an extra £15.95 for a next day pre 10.30 am delivery, it arrived about 11.00 am (late).
I was pleased with the item I ordered.
