Whether a business is customer focused or not is best shown when purchases don't just slot into the 'business as usual' box and follow what should be well established process. Calumet were superb at resolving questions and ensuring that a couple of unexpected 'bumps' we encountered over the Christmas period were never my problem and didn't affect me or my schedule. Would strongly recommend them...great corporate attitude, pleasant proactive people and any issues handled with the utmost integrity.
