I first went to view the products in store, the staff were quite uninterested in helping. After having to approach the staff myself for assistance I was given the reply "Well what do you want to know?". For a £649 carbon fibre tripod there are quite a lot of selling points. I then bought the tripod online the following day as the Drummond St store only had the display model in stock. The item arrived and everything was fine, until I damaged it just before Christmas. I decided to wait until the new year to get in touch about getting it fixed, called and left a message with a gentleman who said he would email 'Ross' to get him to call me back. I'm still awaiting the call, three days later. I also placed an order on the 14th December for an item which was out of stock, the money was taken from my account on the 15th and I'm still awaiting any news on this item, something - anything would be useful.
