I went to the Hagley Road store in Birmingham, for a projector lamp for my old Rank Aldis piece of kit. I was delighted with the time and enthusiasm that the two assistants went about the task of taking apart my projector identifying the correct bulb ordering it. The replacement has just arrived. I could not have wanted better service.
