Recently I've been in contact with Calumet twice. I ordered a backdrop paper online which was an easy and straight forward customer experience. I also did en enquiry about trading old equipment to new. Firstly the information regarding trading was a bit hard to find, and had to go trough few pages before landing in to the right page. I got the estimate relatively quick, in around 1-2 days, and it was very informative, though it was a bit cold and not very welcoming. To sum up, everything worked as expected, but the reply for my email could have been quicker and more inviting for doing a big purchase at the store.
