I've bought from Calumet online, by phone and via their website. They have been consistently good (I've used them for over 5 years). Deliveries are usually fast and convenient. When I've had queries they have been helpful and even helped me source something via another of their stores rather than online, which enabled me to get it quicker (and at the same price). They also know the products well enough to make meaningful recommendations, which some others, that really just 'ship boxes' cannot.
