I'm afraid it was a disaster from start to finish. Did a credit check based on one payment system and was accepted on a different finance agreement. Had to do a second credit check.
No communication from you regarding what was happening with my order, unless I called you. I did three times.
I then received an email on Monday (07/03/2016) telling me my order had been cancelled and that could only happen if I did it myself(I hadn't) and would I like to reorder?
Slightly bizarre to get that as the order was actually delivered earlier in the day.
It was the wrong camera(ordered black, got sent silver). There was two plug sockets-both European and no British. The £50 worth of accessories weren't in the delivery either. I sent it back on Tuesday and know you received it back at 11.55am this morning(10/03/2016). I have had no notice from you that you have received it back so far.
In fact my order is STILL showing as "in progress".
